Refund Policy

When you're eligible

Unworn, unwashed hats in original condition are eligible for a refund within 40 days of delivery. Final-sale items (marked as such) and gift cards are not refundable.

How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation. It typically posts within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

A flat $5 return-shipping fee is deducted from money-back refunds; choose store credit and the full amount is returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, email hello@lifeofsticks.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost — no return shipping, no restocking fee.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
