Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors happen — we may correct a price or cancel an order caused by an obvious mistake, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we charge your card and ship.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns, and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, scrape or overload the service, interfere with other users, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that threatens the store or its customers.

Intellectual property

The Sticks name, stick-figure artwork, site design, and content are ours and may not be copied or resold without permission. You keep any rights to content you send us, but grant us permission to use it to fulfill your order and provide support.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
