Returns & Exchanges

New, unused hats can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return, email hello@stickshats.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the hat, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.
